 MembershipSanctuary Golf Club Cat Island is a full-service club offering a lifestyle experience. Members and guests participate in Social activities such as monthly Wine Tastings and biweekly entertainment in our dining room, educational seminars on Estate Planning and Interior Design, golf and tennis championships for bragging rights and SO much more. Why not be part of the FUN? Initiation: Must be paid in full at the time of application. Prospective members pay a non-refundable Initiation fee. Full Members Pay $3,000 Associate Members Pay $1,750 Social Members Pay $800 Rates are subject to change. Initiation fees will increase progressively over time. Members who choose to resign from Sanctuary must notify the Membership Director in writing. Dues Information: Dues are paid monthly. A 7.5 percent admissions tax is included with the monthly dues listed below Family or Single Classification: A “Family” classification is designed for members who are married and/or have dependent children living in their home under the age of 21 or who are going to college on a full-time basis. Members may also join as a “Single” regardless of their marital or familial status. Spouses or children of Single members may access the pool, fitness center and tennis courts ONLY if they are accompanied by the member - a nominal guest fee will apply. Family Monthly Membership Dues Full-$339.00 | Associate-$215.00 | Social-$156.00 Single Monthly Membership Dues Full-$258.00 | Associate-$150.50 | Social-$104.00 Resignation of Membership: Members who choose to resign from Sanctuary Golf Club must notify the membership director in writing. Membership Choices: Membership at Sanctuary Golf Club is by application. A membership at the Club permits the member use of Club facilities upon receipt of initiation and applicable dues. The benefits listed in this website are limited to Sanctuary Golf Club. Club membership is required for anyone to use Sanctuary's Fitness Center, Springhouse Pool, Tennis Courts and attend member events. Full Membership: Members with Full Membership may use all Club facilities. Full members are not required to pay greens fees, or tennis court fees for their use of golf and tennis facilities. Full Members will be required to pay a cart fee of $17. An Annual Cart Plan is also available for $1,400 for a single or $2,100 for a family. Associate Membership: Members with a Associate Membership may use all Club facilities. Associate members are not required to pay tennis court fees. Associate members are required to pay cart fees of $17 and a nominal green fee based on seasonal rates. Social Membership: Members with Social Membership may use all Club facilities. Social members pay no tennis court fees. Social members are required to pay greens fees and cart fees for their golf and use of a golf cart.
