 Summer
CampWELCOME Sanctuary Golf Cat Island is pleased you and your child will join our exciting 2009 season of Summer Camp. Dates and schedules TBD. MEETING PLACE Sanctuary Summer Programs meet at the Pro Shop or Springhouse. REQUIREMENTS Sanctuary Summer Camp is held for Members of Sanctuary. Sanctuary Summer Camp is not open to the general public. Children must be bathroom independent. No diapers or pull-ups. RESERVATIONS Reservations are required for all activities by Friday at noon before each activity/camp. Those not making a reservation will not be permitted to participate in the program. Please have your membership number available when making your reservations. The cost will be charged to your account. A minimum number of children is required to run all programs. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT Registration is held at the Springhouse. Parents must accompany their child every morning and check them in with a Camp Counselor. Payment will be charged to the members account. AFTER-CAMP PICK-UP Pick-up is at the Springhouse. Parents must check out their child with a Camp Counselor. No child will be allowed to leave alone without a written permission slip from a parent. Be prompt when picking up your child. A fee of $10 per 15 minutes will be charged for late pick-ups. WHAT YOUR CHILD SHOULD BRING Sunscreen and insect repellent. A hat and/or sunglasses. Shoes & clothes that can get messy. Swimwear, a towel & a change of dry clothes. CANCELLATION POLICY At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel participation in any activity. No-shows will be charged in full. GUESTS Members may bring guests with them to an activity. The member must accompany his/her guest in the same activity he/she is participating in. All children’s Camp guests are charged to the member's account at a higher rate than the advertised member price. Call 524-0300 for prices and details. All no-show guests will be charged to the member's account. CHILDREN’S DISCIPLINARY GUIDELINES Children must exhibit appropriate behavior. Our Counselors are trained to be fair and consistent. If your child has a special need, please address this with Pro Shop. If problems arise, the following guidelines will be used: 1. Verbal Warning 2. “Time Out” 3. Parent will be called and asked to pick up the child. No refunds will be given for disorderly behavior. |
